Outdoor Property Maintenance

  • Inspect exterior and repair as needed:
    • Cracks in foundation
    • Holes in brick
    • Damaged siding
    • Chipped paint
    • Roof damage or leaking
    • Driveway cracks (We do sealcoating!)
  • Inspect and clean gutters
  • Inspect hose connections and hoses – look for any cracks
  • Inspect air conditioning units – have them serviced
  • Inspect wooden fences – repair, treat, or replace
  • Inspect concrete slabs for cracking – seal cracks
  • Inspect mailbox for winter damage – repair or replace
  • Power-wash siding
  • Clean BBQ grill + fill propane tanks
  • Clean outdoor furniture & cushions
  • Inspect deck for damage – wash, sand, and re-stain if needed

Indoor Maintenance

  • Clean windows inside + out
  • Repair/replace damaged screens
  • Replace HVAC filters
  • Test sump pump
  • Have chimney flu cleaned
  • Check batteries for smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
  • Clear refrigerator coils – use compressed air and vacuum
